After spending a few wonderful years in the Caribbean, I returned to the UK and immediately noticed a change—especially in my skin. The soft, gentle water of the islands had kept my skin feeling smooth and nourished, but the hard water in the UK left it feeling dry and tight after every bath.

Around the same time, my daughter tried nearly every product on the market to reduce chicken pox scars. That’s when I started researching and experimenting—mixing natural oils and butters into homemade moisturisers, creating chemical free nourishing blends to soothe and restore our skin.

What began as a personal project quickly turned into something more. Friends and family tried my blends and loved them.. “It soothed my sunburn!”  “Smells so good!”  “My skin was soft all day!” “My tan has never lasted this long and with such a lovely glow!”

After two years of sharing my creations and lots of encouragement from those around me, I decided to take the leap. ‘Blossom Butter Skincare’ was born with an online store offering these rich, handmade moisturisers in a variety of scents and oils.

And this is just the beginning…
